How to order from Unik-a.com?
Step 1. Select a product
You can select the product you wish to order and see its information page from:
1. Home page: you can see any of our products by clicking on the ads displayed on the home page.
2. Products menu: use the Products drop-down menu to easily select a product, especially if you are not on the home page.
Step 2. Product information page
When you click on the product name or photo, you will see the product information page, with images, technical information and directions for use. If you wish to order the product, click on the following button:
Step 3. Shopping basket
Producto: List of selected items. If you change your mind, you can delete items from the list by clicking the button on the left of each product.
Quantity: by default the quantity is set to 1. Here you can change the quantity you wish to order. The shopping basket will be automatically updated and will show the purchase price, as well as any applicable discounts.
Postage and packing Be careful when choosing the destination country your order will be sent. Customers from outside the Spanish Peninsula must pay by credit card. Once you have chosen the destination country, the shopping basket will automatically show the total amount.
Once you have added an item to the shopping basket, you can:
Continue shopping: just click on “continue shopping”
Finish shopping: just click on “next step”
Step 4. Your details
Registered users If you are already a registered user, enter your Login and Password and all other fields will automatically be filled with your details and the delivery address (if it is the first time that you log in as a registered user, you may have to enter the delivery address if different from your personal details. After the first time you do this, the system will remember the last delivery address you entered). You can change any details at this time. If you have not yet registered, click on “register now”.
Non-registered users: Enter your personal details and the delivery address if different.
Once you have finished, click on “next” to proceed.
Step 5. Method of payment
Finally check that your details and your order are correct. If necessary, click on “change details” and you will be taken to Step 4. If everything is correct, click on “make payment” to complete your order.
If you choose to pay by “cash on delivery” (for customers in the Spanish Peninsula only) you have completed the ordering process.
If you choose to pay by VISA, you will be taken to the bank’s website. For your total security, when you pay by credit card, your details are sent directly to the bank’s website. Unik-a does not have access to your credit card details.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation.
